Status of this notice
This is a draft privacy notice describing how this website is built to handle personal data. It has not yet been reviewed or approved by Kupanda Collective and must not be treated as a final legal document.
What we collect
This website collects only the information you choose to submit through the contact, partnership and newsletter forms: your name, email address, and any other details you include in your message. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are currently processed in demonstration mode: they are validated and acknowledged, but no live email or database service is connected yet. Submission content is never written to application logs. Once a live service is configured (see README.md), this notice will be updated to name the provider and describe retention periods.
Analytics
No analytics or tracking tool is active by default. If Kupanda Collective enables privacy-conscious analytics in future, this notice will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
