Safeguarding
Draft: not yet approved for launch
Our commitment
Kupanda Collective works with children, caregivers and communities in vulnerable circumstances, including refugee and displacement settings. Protecting children and adults from harm is a condition of all our work, not an add-on.
How to report a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern about Kupanda Collective's work, a member of staff, a partner, or content on this website, please contact us using the Contact page and select “Safeguarding concern”, or email the safeguarding address once published. Reports are treated seriously and confidentially.
Stories, photographs and consent
Kupanda Collective will only publish stories, quotes or photographs of community members, including children, once informed consent has been documented from the individual or, for children, their guardian. No community story appears on this site until that process is complete.
Protecting identities
Where publishing a story could put a child, caregiver or community member at risk, Kupanda Collective will withhold full names, precise locations, or other identifying details, even where consent has been given.
Image rights and attribution
Every image used on this site is tracked with rights and credit information in the underlying content model, so usage can always be traced back to a consented source.
